Bradford Man Arrested in Greenfield for Impersonating a Federal Agent

A Bradford man was arrested in Greenfield after he reportedly told a woman he was a federal agent and needed to perform a stake out in her yard.

According to reports, 26 year old Joshua McMillin went to a woman’s home in Greenfield and told her he was with the FBI and said he doing surveillance on some people in the neighborhood.

The woman asked McMillin to show some identification, but he didn’t have any, so he was asked to leave. Before leaving the property, McMillin reportedly stood in the driveway and tried to attach an American flag to the top of his truck.

The woman gave Greenfield Police a description of the vehicle and he was found at a nearby gas station and reportedly smelled of alcohol. He was given a breathalyzer and the result was a .20 blood alcohol level. The legal limit is .08

McMillin was charged with Criminal Impersonation, Criminal Trespassing, and 1st Offense DUI
