Cold Front to Hit Area

November 11th, 2013 - By Charles Choate

010-25The Ken-Tenn area is about to feel the coldest temperatures of the season, plus a chance of seeing the first wintry precipitation.

The National Weather Service says a Canadian cold front will move into the area overnight tonight, bringing breezy north winds, falling temperaturs and the chance of some mixed snow and rain tomorrow morning.

The front will drop daytime temperatures to the 30′s tomorrow, while overnight temperatures may dip into the upper teens Wednesday night.

The cold spell will be short lived, as temperatures are expected to rebound to near 70 by Sunday.
