Final Day of Banana Festival in Fulton

The final day of the Banana Festival in Fulton is today, with many activities and events planned.

Registration for the Car Show will take place from 7:30 until 11:30 on Lake Street, with entry fee at $25.

Also this morning the 5K Run will start at 9:00, along with the police department pistol shoot and vendors in the downtown area.

Other activities will include a cornhole tournament at 12:00, the opening of the carnival and wrestling.

The Grand Parade will start at 5:00, along with free banana pudding.

The Fulton’s Got Talent winner will perform at 7:30 and the event will conclude with a concert by country music artist Mark Chesnutt at 8:00.
