Motion Hearing

October 4th, 2012 - By Steve James

Two of the Weakley County men charged in connection to the murder of a Dresden woman, were released until further court proceedings as part of an agreement with the state.

At a motion hearing yesterday, 18 year old David McDonald Junior of Greenfield, and 31 year old Condarium Jones of Dresden were released on the own recognizance because they’re state witnesses against 18 year old Nicholas Coleman of Dresden, who’s charged with first degree murder in the January shooting death of 44 year old Lori Williams.

McDonald and Jones have been charged with accessory after the fact, but will most likely receive lesser charges for their testimony.

Coleman has another court date in the case coming up Thursday November 29th.
